My name is Félix Tremblay, and since childhood, movement has been an integral part of my life. I’ve had the chance to explore a wide variety of sports: soccer, hockey, volleyball, swimming, running, and eight years of competitive biathlon. These experiences shaped my discipline, my passion for effort, and my constant curiosity about everything related to sports and health.
Today, I continue to fuel this passion through cross-country skiing, running, and cycling. Having completed six half-marathons and currently preparing for my very first marathon in the fall of 2025, I constantly set new challenges for myself, always with the goal of pushing my limits and learning more about myself through sport.
At the same time, I’ve always been driven by scientific curiosity. Whenever the opportunity arose, I would ask questions to coaches, health professionals, or athletes to better understand their approaches. Today, that same curiosity comes to life through my podcast, a space where I share rich and accessible conversations. My goal: to inspire and help people take charge of their health, one conversation at a time.
Launched in the spring of 2025, the Health Sport Podcast (Podcast Santé Sport) was born from a passion for movement, health, and sharing knowledge. Each week, we welcome guests from diverse backgrounds: athletes of all levels – from Olympians to semi-professionals – healthcare professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and kinesiologists, as well as key figures in the sports world, including coaches, event organizers, and equipment manufacturers.
Our mission is simple yet essential: to promote healthy lifestyle habits and make reliable information accessible to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being. Through authentic and insightful conversations, we aim to provide practical tools and inspiration to help listeners move better, train smarter, and better understand their bodies.
The vision of the Santé Sport Podcast is to highlight the diversity of pathways. Each guest shows that there is no single road to performance, but rather many ways to achieve one’s goals—depending on personal values, discipline, and balance.
Our values guide every conversation: balance, for a healthy and sustainable approach; respect, for thoughtful and constructive exchanges; and self-improvement, to encourage everyone to progress at their own pace, one step at a time.
